Mission Statement
To design and distribute high quality product ranges throughout the world.
To offer the best value for money through the best possible quality to price ratio.
To ensure that all companies and staff, from raw material to final retail sale, receive fair remuneration for their efforts and contribution.
Environmental Policy
We continually strive to ensure that we have the minimum possible negative effect on the environment and actively work towards positive effects. We continually carry out supplier audits for any materials or services we outsource. While financial feasibility is always a contributing factor in the decision making process, we will never purchase from an environmentally ignorant supplier to enable cost savings.
Charity
Kudox have nominated Oxfam as their preferred charity and we support Oxfam in their global fight against poverty.
We are often asked to make bespoke products for specific projects including hotels. It can be as simple as a bespoke size or colour or a totally unique design. As a general guide, if you can draw it we can produce it. For bespoke products there will be a minimum order quantity, usually 100 pieces and there may be a charge for producing an initial sample which will be deducted from the order if it proceeds. Obviously extended lead times apply for bespoke products and we would recommend allowing a minimum of 6 weeks for a sample to be produced and a minimum of 12 weeks (after sample approval) for the full order to be produced and delivered.

FAQ
Back to Support
Q. My steel panel radiator has arrived with the the top grill damaged, can I get a replacement directly from Kudox?
A. No, unfortunately you will have to return the whole product to the place of purchase.
Q. Are Kudox steel radiators and towel warmers suitable for use on all types of central heating systems?
A. Yes, unless you have a very old system where the radiator or towel warmer is fed from the hot water circuit. Provided you can
add Fernox or another DWTA approved central heating protector to the water, Kudox steel products can be used.
Q. Can I purchase products directly from Kudox?
A. No, we do not sell directly to the public but we are happy to recommend your closest stockist.
Q. How long is the warranty on Kudox products?
A. Our diverse product range necessitates individual warranties. Our equally diverse customer base, also have their own specific
warranty requirements and we do our best to accommodate these. Please check the warranty details with your place of purchase.
Q. Are radiator valves supplied with all Kudox radiators and towel warmers?
A. Generally we do not supply valves with any of the products because of the vast choice of valves available and the possibilty of
needing straight or angled depending on the installation. Certain customers do however offer our products with valves included
and this will be clearly specified.
Q. I have purchased one of your towel warmers and a separate electrical element kit, I think I also need an additional
blanking plug though?
A. Electrical element kits should include a T piece and a blanking plug (sometimes screwed into the T piece so that it doesn't get
lost). If you are making the product electric only you do not need the T piece. The blanking plug is required for the other bottom
thread where a radiator valve would normally be fitted. If you are making the product dual fuel you do not need the blanking plug.
Q. I want to make the towel warmer electric only, what do I need to fill the towel warmer with?
A. The towel warmer should be filled with a mixture of water and Fernox or another DWTA approved central heating protector.
The actual mixture ratio should be specified by the central heating protector manufacturer.
Q. Can I fix your radiators to plasterboard?
A. Obviously the bigger the radiator the heavier it is and the stronger the wall fixing needs to be. Ideally the brackets should be
fixed to timber studs or noggins but if this is not possible suitable specialist plasterboard fixings should be obtained.
Q. What heat output do I need to heat my bathroom?
A. There are many online calculators you can use to calculate your requirement and these can be found by searching 'BTU
Calculator'. Once you have calculated your requirement we would always recommend choosing a product that is over sized.
Q. Does a towel warmer perform exactly the same when an electrical element is used?
A. No, when an electrical element is used to heat a towel warmer you will not get identical performance as you would connected to
a central heating system. There is no circulation and it will therefore take longer to heat up and will be noticeably hotter near the
element. After 1 to 2 hours continuous use the heat would of spread but there will still be temperature variances across the
surface but this is not a fault.
